All employees representing My Cousin Vinny's Rentals must wear an approved company shirt while working customer-facing shifts, deliveries, pickups, setups, breakdowns, public events, warehouse work, or assigned company jobs.

Typical Starter Uniforms

- Drivers / crew leaders: 2 company shirts and optional company hat
- Office / sales employees: 1 company shirt or polo
- Seasonal / trial employees: 1 company shirt after the first completed shift or first week, with a second shirt after 30 days if approved by management
The company may adjust the number of issued items based on role, season, schedule, and job duties.
Extra Shirts and Replacements
Employees are responsible for keeping company-issued uniforms clean, presentable, and work-ready.
Extra apparel, replacement shirts, hoodies, hats, jackets, and optional items must be purchased by the employee through the approved company uniform store unless management approves otherwise.
Employees may be required to purchase replacements if uniforms are lost, intentionally damaged, neglected, stained beyond normal work use, altered without permission, or not returned when requested.
